Art Competition: Artists will transform the sidewalks into colorful canvases. Winners will be announced at 3:00 PM, with $800 in cash prizes awarded from our cash pool to the top creations.
Viewer Participation: Stroll through the artwork and vote for your favorite artist using tokens. This event is FREE to view!
